At FINN Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Crop Tops: Due to hygiene reasons, crop tops cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange. You will be notified via email once this is complete.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
